'Umbrales y Silencios' Arrives at The Pool Marbella

March 1, 2026

Michels de Champourcin Gallery inaugurates at The Pool Marbella a group exhibition bringing together works by Héctor Acevedo, Lina Cabrera and Goyo González, exploring emotional spaces between presence and absence.

Following the success of 'Horizontes', its first exhibition at The Pool Marbella, Michels de Champourcin Gallery presents 'Umbrales y Silencios' ('Thresholds and Silences'), a group show that stages a dialogue between three distinct pictorial languages united by a shared quest: the exploration of territories of introspection and contemporary expression.

The exhibition brings together the work of Héctor Acevedo, with more than 33 years of career exploring memory, silence and inner gazes, and recipient of the First Prize at the V International Biennial of Argentina 2022; alongside Lina Cabrera and Goyo González.

'This exhibition represents a moment of consolidation of our artistic proposition in Marbella. Three artists whose work springs from necessity, not spectacle,' said José María Lamo de Espinosa, CEO of Michels de Champourcin Gallery, on the occasion of the inauguration.

The Pool Marbella, with its contemporary architecture and privileged location in El Corte Inglés El Capricho, continues to establish itself as a cultural reference space on the Costa del Sol.
